Returns and Refund Policy

Your totally satisfaction is our main aim at Meet the Wool. Unfortunately, for numerous reasons things can go wrong. For this reason, we have a very robust returns policy to ensure that our customers get things back on track and are very satisfied as quickly as possible.

Unwanted Purchases

  1. We accept returns, as long as they are un-used and in their original packaging, within 30 days of shipment.

1.3.    Once we have verified the form, we will send you a shipment label containing a return code to attach.

1.4.    No returns can be accepted without this Shipment Label.

  1. Un-wanted Returns shall be refunded in full within 30 days of shipment, less any Postage costs within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s) Un-wanted Returns postage costs shall be paid for in full by the customer and we will not accept any charges relating to any local taxes or import duty that is due on un-wanted returns.
  2. All un-wanted returns will incur a 10% handling/shipping fee.

Damaged / Incorrectly shipped Goods

  1. In the extremely unlikely event that you receive an item(s) from us that is damaged or the incorrect item, we will gladly replace the item or refund you that full amount.

  1. Damaged / Incorrectly shipped Goods shall be refunded in full within 30 days of shipment or a replacement sent. Any postage costs incurred sending back any Damaged / Incorrectly shipped Goods shall be reimbursed in full.
